Tenant/company/parent-scoped metadata; not inferred from global NAS sections. Literal search across subaccount code/name, ordered by code/id. Company permission: `listCompanySubaccounts`. Defaults: ADMIN, ACCOUNTANT, VIEWER. Current company role permissions and active membership are checked on every request; signed legacy role claims alone do not authorize this operation.

Global NAS accounts with company name/enabled overrides plus company custom metadata. Includes all direct subaccounts in subaccountCount (including disabled); balanceType ACTIVE/PASSIVE is derived from normal debit/credit side, not enabled status. Literal q search; ordered by code.
